Through this Trust, we make sure children in urgent need of medical air transport across Ireland receive the care they deserve. His legacy lives on in every mission we fly and every life we help save.

Our mission is to carry forward Billy’s dream: using the power of aviation to bring hope and healing to children in crisis. Each mission reflects his belief that every child in Ireland deserves not only treatment but also the chance to live, laugh, and dream again.
Vision
We envision a future where no child is ever denied urgent medical care because of distance or time. By growing and sustaining the Trust’s services, we aim to make rapid, life-saving air support available to children across Ireland—and beyond.
